CONSENT
By accessing and using this website, you have agreed to all such terms, conditions and policies contained within this website. You may not copy, modify, display, reproduce or use any information, software, product or services derived from this website. The use of this website shall not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or not in compliance with the terms and conditions provided herein. This website may be used for the users personal use and not commercial use
RATES
All rates quoted are in U.S. Dollars and based on rates effective at the time of booking. Rates may be subject to availability, restrictions and change without notice. Rates are not guaranteed unless paid in full by the payment due date. Rates are intended for U.S. residents originating in the U.S.
RATE GUARANTEE
Rates are only guaranteed when a reservation is paid in full. All rates are subject to change at anytime without notice. Bookings made, but, not paid in full will not be guaranteed and may be subject to any rate increase. A decrease in rate is not refundable. Rendezvous Tours will not guarantee or be responsible for any unauthorized rates or rates incorrectly loaded in our system by its suppliers.
GROUP RATES
The rates listed within this website are for individual travelers and not permitted for group travel. Group rates are available upon request for groups of 10 or more passengers and/or 5 or more rooms or cars. Group rates may be subject to policies and rates different from those listed within this website. Please contact the Group Department at

KAMAAINA RATES
Special rates, known as Kamaaina rates, are provided for the residents of the state of Hawaii. A valid Hawaii driver’s license is required upon check in to the appropriate supplier. Failure to provide the appropriate Hawaii identification will result in the standard published rate being assessed to you.
DEPOSITS
Unlike other travel companies that require a deposit after booking, deposits are not required. However, you must comply with the stated payment due date and time provided at the time of booking.
PAYMENT
Payment is due no later than the specified due date and time (Hawaiian Standard Time) provided to you at the time of booking. Reservations made within the payment due date requires immediate payment at the time of booking before a reservation will be confirmed. Failure to pay by the due date and time (HST) will result in the reservation being cancelled without notice.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is accepted in the form of a major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners or JCB. The following information is required to process a credit card payment: card number, expiration date, cardholder name, cardholder address and cardholder phone number. Cardholder must be a passenger traveling within the reservation. Credit card payment will appear on the cardholder statement as ‘Rendezvous Tours’. Cardholder and/or travel agent is responsible for all amounts declined delinquent or charged back in addition to a $20.00 processing fee. Cash or check is also accepted in person at the Rendezvous Tours office prior to the payment due date.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Some travel companies charge a fee for last minute bookings, we do not assess a last minute booking fee. Bookings are accepted up to the day of travel and may be subject to availability and restrictions.
MINIMUM STAYS
A minimum stay may be required for select suppliers. Please inquire at the time of booking.
INDENTIFICATION
You are required to have the appropriate identification while traveling. Airlines require a government issued photo identification (and a passport and/or visa for international travel). Hotels require a government issued photo identification and a major credit card. Car rental companies require a government issued drivers license and a major credit card. Activities, attractions, ground transportation and other travel related services require a government issued photo identification. Children without a government-issued photo identification are required to present a birth certificate while traveling with a parent or guardian.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
A valid passport with an expiration of more than 6 months from your scheduled return date is required for all international travel. In addition, you may be subject to Visa Foreign Entry Requirements as well. The International Airport Departure Tax is additional. You are required to adhere to all travel warnings, safety issues, health issues and emergencies as instructed by the U.S. State Department. ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATIONS
In the unlikely event of an overbooking or any other booking error, it is our policy to relocate or rebook you to similar accommodations or to an alternative supplier if necessary. Any rebooking is at the sole discretion of Rendezvous Tours and/or its suppliers.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All travel arrangements are processed with electronic tickets, also known as e-tickets, unless other specified. We do not issue any travel vouchers, paper tickets or travel documents. Simply carry your customer itinerary with you while traveling and present the appropriate identification to each supplier upon check in to be serviced.
AIRLINE CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
A change or cancellation fee equivalent up to 100% of the value of the fare will apply. In addition, you may also be assessed the difference between the original fare and the new fare. Change and cancellation fees and policies vary by airline. Name changes are not permitted. Partially used, no-shows or unused tickets are non-refundable. There will be no refund for any travel between December 15 and January 5.
AIRLINE CHECK-IN POLICY
Passengers must check-in at least 1-hour prior for Hawaii inter-island flights, 2-hours prior for U.S. domestic and international flights. In addition, you must be at the boarding gate with your boarding pass and ready to board at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Late check-in or boarding may result in the cancellation of your flight reservation. Present an official government issued photo ID upon check in. A birth certificate may be required for children without an ID. A passport is required for international travel. Additional foreign entry requirements may apply. AIRLINE BAGGAGE LIMITATIONS
Baggage limitation policies vary by airline. Fees may be assessed, but, not limited, to oversized bags, bags exceeding weight limitations and/or extra bags. Please inquire with the airline prior to departure.
AIRLINE ADVANCE SEAT ASSIGNMENTS
When applicable, airline seat assignments may be made at the time of booking. In some instances, seats may be limited and your seat assignment will be made upon check in. In the event, seat assignments are not available, you are recommended to check-in early for your seat assignment.
ADDITIONAL AIRLINE FEES
Fees may be assessed by the airline, but are not limited to, additional baggage, overweight baggage, oversized baggage, curbside check-in, preferred seating, inflight movies, inflight snacks and meals, porterage, changes, cancellations and any other fees assessed by the airline not listed here.
HOTEL CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

In addition, you may also be assessed the difference between the original nightly rate and the new nightly rate. Change and cancellation fees and policies may vary by hotel. Name changes are not permitted. Partially used stays, no-shows or unused stays are non-refundable. There will be no refund for any travel between December 15 and January 5.
HOTEL BEDDING REQUEST
The type of bedding in a hotel room is upon request only and is not guaranteed in advance. Please inquire with the front desk upon check-in.
HOTEL EARLY CHECKOUT FEE
Select hotels may assess an early check out fee if the number of nights booked is reduced. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.
ADDITIONAL HOTEL FEES
Fees may be assessed, but are not limited to, porterage, meals, in-room movies, room service, self or valet parking, phone calls, internet access, in-room safe, resort fee, shuttle fee, fitness/spa admission or treatments, early check-out, late check-out, rollaway bed, room upgrade, smoke elimination, changes, cancellations and any other fees assessed by the hotel not be listed here.
HOTEL PROPERTY RENOVATIONS
From time to time, hotels reserve the right to renovate or improve their rooms and/or public facilities at anytime without prior notice. This renovation is to enhance the guest experience and upgrade the property. During such renovation, the hotel will minimize the amount of guest disruption or disturbance. In some instances, some facilities, features or services may not be fully operational or available during your stay. The hotel personnel will do it’s best to address any inconveniences you may experience. However, there will be no refund.
CAR RENTAL CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

In addition, you may also be assessed the difference between the original daily rate and the new daily rate. Change and cancellation fees and policies may vary by car rental company. Name changes are not permitted. Partially used rentals, no-shows or unused rentals are non-refundable. There will be no refund for any travel between December 15 and January 5.
ADDITIONAL CAR RENTAL FEES
Additional charges that may apply upon renting a car may include, but, is not limited to: optional protection coverage, additional driver, alternate drop charge, unauthorized alternate drop charge, upgrades, infant car seats, GPS device, underage surcharge, gas, taxes, surcharges and fees. The car rental company reserves the right to add or remove any fee at anytime without prior notice.
CAR RENTAL DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
The driver of the car rental must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. For non-U.S. residents, an international driver’s license and major credit card is required. Driver is required to adhere to all local driving laws and may be prohibited from driving on certain roads or areas as notified by the car rental company.
HOLIDAY PERIOD
All bookings that include a travel date during the holiday period of December 15 through January 5, are NON-REFUNDABLE. For example, if your reservation is booked for December 10-17, your reservation would be non-refundable, because your return date of December 17 would be within this holiday period.
REFUND POLICY
A $30.00 refund processing fee will be assessed on all full or partial refunds. Refund request must be made within 30 days of last travel date. Refund may be subject to delay based upon the supplier’s ability to release Rendezvous Tours, from the original booking. Some fares are non-refundable. All bookings that include a travel date during the holiday period of December 15 through January 5, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
CHANGE & CANCELLATION WAIVER
Air and/or hotel change & cancellation waiver options are available for purchase to provide a limited form of protection toward any potential change and/or cancellation fee that may apply. Please inquire at the time of booking. Waiver option must be purchased no later than at the time of payment. Waiver must be purchased by all parties sharing a reservation and is non-refundable.

ERRORS
Rendezvous Tours makes every effort to be sure the information, rates and policies posted on this website are accurate. In the event of such error, Rendezvous Tours reserves the right to refuse or to cancel any reservation whether the reservation has been paid or not.
CONTESTS
Rendezvous Tours may offer contests which may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Entrants name, picture or likeness may used for promotional purposes. By participating, entrant shall agree to such terms and conditions. These contests are void where prohibited.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rendezvous Tours, its affiliates, third party service providers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, owners, licensors and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms of Use; and/or (b) your activities in connection with this website or any services related to this website. The indemnified party shall notify the indemnifying party in writing of any such third party claim within seven (7) days of receiving such claim.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Rendezvous Tours acts as an agent of its suppliers and is not responsible for failures, defaults, bankruptcies or insolvencies of such suppliers. Rendezvous Tours and its owners, officers, directors, employees, suppliers and agents are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations, or other irregularity which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the suppliers, their employees, or you; (2) defects or failures of any conveyance, equipment, or instrumentality under the control of the suppliers; or (3) Acts of God, public enemy, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, riot, terrorist act, labor dispute, strike, work stoppage, work disruption, theft, pilferage, health hazard, epidemic, quarantine or dangers incident to air, land or sea transportation. You hereby release Rendezvous Tours, from all claims arising out of any problem covered within this paragraph.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
The content, code, access, and other features of this website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties of any kind either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rendezvous Tours does not warrant that any such features will operate uninterrupted or in an error-free fashion, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. Applicable law may not allow exclusion or implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement has been made in and will be construed and enforced in accordance with Hawaii law. Any actions will be brought in the courts of Hawaii and all parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdictions of such courts.
