User Agreement

CONSENT
By accessing and using this website, you are deemed to have agreed to all such terms, conditions and policies contained within this website. You may not copy, modify, display, reproduce or use any information, software, product or services derived from this website. The use of this website shall not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or not in compliance with the terms and conditions provided herein.  

RATES
All rates are in U.S. Dollars and based on rates effective at the time of booking. Rates may be subject to availability, restrictions and change without notice. Rates are not guaranteed unless prepaid in full by the payment due date. Rates are intended for individual travelers originating from the USA. Some rates may be restricted to Hawaii residents only and is indicated as ‘kamaaina’.  

DEPOSITS
Deposits are not required.  

PAYMENT
Full prepayment is due by the specified payment due date provided at the time of booking. Reservations made within the payment due date require immediate payment at the time of booking before a reservation will be confirmed. You are responsible to meet the payment due deadline at the date and time specified otherwise the reservation may be cancelled without notice.  

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is accepted in the form of a major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or JCB. The following information is required to process a credit card payment: card number, expiration date, cardholder name, cardholder address and cardholder phone number. Cardholder must be a passenger traveling within the reservation. Credit card payment will appear on the cardholder statement as ‘Rendezvous Tours’. Cardholder and/or travel agent is responsible for all amounts declined delinquent or charged back in addition to a $20.00 processing fee. Cash or check is also accepted in person at the Rendezvous Tours, Inc. office prior to the payment due date.  

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Fees are not assessed for any last minute bookings. Bookings are accepted up to the day of travel and may be subject to availability and restrictions.  

RATE GUARANTEE
All rates are subject to change at anytime without notice unless prepaid in full by the specified payment due date. Bookings made, but, not paid in full will not be guaranteed and may be subject to any rate increase. A decrease in rate is not refundable at anytime.  

IDENTIFICATION
You are required to have the appropriate identification while traveling. Airlines require a government issued photo identification (and a passport and/or visa for international travel). Hotels require a government issued photo identification and a major credit card. Car rental companies require a government issued drivers license and a major credit card.   For foreign entry requirements, visit http://travel.state.gov/travel_warnings.html for more information.  

KAMAAINA RATES
Special rates are provided for the residents of the state of Hawaii. A valid Hawaii driver’s license is required upon check in to the appropriate supplier. Failure to provide the appropriate Hawaii identification will result in the standard published rate being assessed to you. Special exemptions may be made by select suppliers for active military personnel stationed in Hawaii.  

GROUP RATES
The rates listed within this website are for individual travelers (FIT’s) and not permitted for group travel. Group rates are available upon request for groups of 10 or more passengers and/or 5 or more rooms or cars.   Group rates may be subject to policies and rates different from those listed within this website.  

ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATIONS
In the unlikely event of an overbooking or any other booking error, it is our policy to relocate or reaccommodate you to similar accommodations if necessary. Any reaccommodation is at the sole discretion of Rendezvous Tours, Inc.  

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel vouchers, paper tickets or documents are not issued. Instead, all travel arrangements are processed with electronic tickets, also known as e-tickets. Simply present your customer itinerary to each supplier upon check in with the appropriate identification required to be serviced.  

AIRLINE CHANGE POLICY
A change fee up to 100% will apply to all changes made once paid. Changes may be subject to any fare difference in addition to any change fee that may be applicable. Changes may not be permitted on select non-refundable fares. Change fees and policies vary by airline. Specific change fee is indicated on the customer itinerary. Name changes are not permitted. Partially used tickets are non-refundable. All changes are subject to availability and restrictions.  

HOTEL CHANGE POLICY
Changes to room categories and dates are permitted when done prior to the hotel cancellation. All other change types and changes made within a cancellation penalty period are subject to a change fee. Changes may be subject to any rate difference in addition to any change fee that may be applicable. Change fees and policies vary by hotel. Name changes are not permitted. All changes are subject to availability and restrictions.  

CAR RENTAL CHANGE POLICY
Changes to car rental categories and dates are permitted when done at least two (2) days prior to travel date. All other change types and changes made within two (2) days of travel date are subject to a change fee. Changes may be subject to any rate difference in addition to any change fee that may be applicable. Change fees and policies vary by car rental company. Name changes are not permitted. All changes are subject to availability and restrictions.  

AIRLINE CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made once paid. Select fares may be non-refundable. No-shows or partially used tickets are non-refundable. Cancellation fees and policies vary by hotel. Specific cancellation fee is indicated on the customer itinerary if applicable.  

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of a minimum one (1) night charge will apply to all cancellations made within the hotel cancellation penalty period as stated on the customer itinerary. Cancellation fees and policies vary by hotel and may be up to 100% of the stay. Specific cancellation fee is indicated on the customer itinerary if applicable. No-shows or partially used stays are non-refundable.  

CAR RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of a minimum one (1) day charge will apply to all cancellations made within 2 days of the travel date. No-shows or unused car rental days are non-refundable.  

HOLIDAY PERIOD
During the holiday period of December 15 through January 5, all bookings that include a travel date within this period are completely NON-REFUNDABLE.  

REFUND POLICY
A $30.00 refund processing fee will be assessed on all full or partial refunds once payment has been made. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of travel date. Refunds may be subject to delay based upon the supplier’s ability to release Rendezvous Tours, Inc., from the original booking. Some fares are non-refundable. During the holiday period of December 15 through January 5, all bookings are non-refundable.

PRE-TRAVEL CHANGE & CANCELLATION WAIVER
Air and/or land waiver options are available for purchase to provide a limited form of protection toward any potential change and/or cancellation fees that may apply. Please inquire at the time of booking. Waiver option must be purchased no later than at the time of full prepayment. Waiver is non-refundable. Subject to availability, restrictions and change without notice.  

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Rendezvous Tours, Inc. acts as an agent of its suppliers and is not responsible for failures, defaults, bankruptcies or insolvencies of such suppliers. Rendezvous Tours, Inc. and its owners, officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations, or other irregularity which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the suppliers, their employees, or you; (2) defects or failures of any conveyance, equipment, or instrumentality under the control of the suppliers; or (3) Acts of God, public enemy, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, riot, terrorist act, labor dispute, strike, work stoppage, work disruption, theft, pilferage, health hazard, epidemic, quarantine or dangers incident to air, land or sea transportation. You hereby release Rendezvous Tours, Inc., from all claims arising out of any problem covered within this paragraph.  

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
The content, code, access, and other features of this website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties of any kind either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rendezvous Tours, Inc., does not warrant that any such features will operate uninterrupted or in an error-free fashion, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. Applicable law may not allow exclusion or implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.  

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement has been made in and will be construed and enforced in accordance with Hawaii law. Any actions will be brought in the courts of Hawaii and all parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdictions of such courts.  

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK POLICY
The information and content in this web site is the property of Rendezvous Tours, Inc., or its suppliers. Rendezvous Tours, Inc., or its suppliers are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the information or content provided within. Rendezvous Tours, Inc., and the lip logo are registered trademarks of Rendezvous Tours, Inc. Some photographs, logos, images, company names and content may be the registered trademarks or ownership of suppliers or contractors. Photographs, images or maps within this website are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the actual image accurately. TERMINATION
Rendezvous Tours, Inc., may terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of this website at anytime upon such termination or suspension, you must immediately discontinue the use of this website. Rendezvous Tours, Inc., reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions, and policies without prior notice.
