How do I make changes to my reservation?
Contact us to change your reservation. If you booked your reservation through your professional travel agent, you will need to contact your travel agent to make any changes to your reservation. Changes to your reservation may be assessed a change, cancellation and/or refund fee. Top


Do you take last minute bookings?
Yes we do and we do not assess any last minute booking fees like our competition. We have a unique booking system that can book an airline reservation up to 4 hours prior to departure, a hotel reservation for the same-day check in and a car rental reservation up to 1 hour prior to pick up. Top


Do you issue travel documents or e-tickets?
All of our travel documentation is issued electronically as e-tickets. We do not issue paper tickets or travel vouchers. You will receive your e-ticket itinerary confirmation via email upon confirmation. Then, simply present your official photo ID upon check in for verification. E-tickets are the safest, convenient and most efficient way to travel. Top


Do you offer Kamaaina rates?
Yes, at select hotels. Kamaaina rates are special discounted rates for Hawaii residents only. You will be required to show your valid Hawaii drivers license as your proof of Hawaii residency upon hotel check in. If you do not have the proper identification required, you may be charged the full published-rate of your hotel room upon check-in. Top


Do you offer group rates?
Yes. Contact us for group reservations. Special booking and payment policies apply to all group travel. A group is considered 10 or more passengers, or 5 or more bookings traveling together. The rates listed within this website are for individual travelers only and not applicable to any group travel. Top


Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Yes. Additional fees not include in the price may be assessed for overweight baggage, additional baggage, preferred seating, inflight services, porterage, meals, movies, parking, phone calls, internet access, in-room safe, resort fee, fitness or spa admission, early check-out, late check-out, rollaways, upgrades, protection coverage, additional driver, underage, infant car seats, GPS device, gas, taxes, surcharges and any other fees that may not be listed here. What kind of special packages do you offer?
We offer a variety of special packages including a round of golf for our golf enthusiasts, a romance package for our honeymooners or couples celebrating a special occasion, spa treatments for guests wanting to indulge in relaxation and many more packages to choose from. Top




PAYMENTS

When do I need to pay for my reservation?
Once your reservation is confirmed, you must pay for your reservation by the designated payment due date and time. This due date and time may vary depending on the type of fare or package you are purchasing. Payments not made by the deadline will be automatically cancelled without notice. Top


Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discovers, JCB and Diners. The cardholder must be an individual in the traveling party. Third party credit cards are not accepted. Verification of your billing address and phone number will be required. Once your credit card is processed, the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as ‘Rendezvous Tours’. Top


Is a deposit required?
No. We do not require you to make a deposit to hold your reservation, unlike, most of our competition. However, your full payment is due by the designated payment due date and time. In some instances, some discounted airfare or last-minute bookings may require immediate payment at the time of booking. Top


How do I request for a refund?
Contact us to request a refund within 30 days after your last travel date. If you booked your reservation through your professional travel agent, you will need to contact your travel agent to request a refund. Refunds are conditional and may be subject to any applicable change or cancellation fees assessed by the supplier or your travel agent. A minimum $30 refund processing fee will also be assessed for all refunds processed. Refund requests must be made within 30 days after travel has been completed. Some portions of your travel package may be non-refundable. There are no refunds for any reservation that include travel dates between December 15 and January 5. Top




POLICIES

What are your change and cancellation fees?
Once payment has been made, all changes or cancellations may be assessed a fee. These change and/or cancellation fees vary by product or service purchased. Fees up to 100% of the value may be assessed. In some instances, some services may be non-refundable. Top


Do you guarantee your rates?
We only guarantee our rates once your reservation has been paid in full. Unpaid reservations may be subject to a price increase and are not guaranteed. We highly recommend making payment at the time of booking in order to avoid any possible increase in rates. All rates are subject to change at anytime without prior notice. Top


What type of identification is required?
You are required to present an official government photo ID. A government issued photo ID is required for all U.S. domestic air travel. For international travel, a passport is required. In addition to your photo ID, a major credit card is required for all hotel or car rental bookings. Top


Are there any special conditions during the holiday period?
Yes. All bookings with travel dates that include at least one date within the holiday period of December 15 through January 5 are NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be absolutely no partial or full refunds for any travel that includes these dates. For example, if you depart on December 10th and return home on Dec 17th, your reservation will be non-refundable, because Dec 17th follows within the holiday period. Top


What are the driver qualification policies to rent a car?
The driver qualifications vary by car rental company. However, in general, the driver must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. Drivers between the age’s of 21 and 24 will be subjected to an underage fee. Please review the car rental restrictions printed on your itinerary. Top
